Sense Touchbase Pears, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 750 Bristol Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham was given the score after assessment on April 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Birmingham's 1,629 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 848 (52%) have ratings of five and just 28 have zero ratings.
