If you are looking for a vibrant and lively place to eat in the city, Kings Heath in Birmingham is the perfect destination.
The high street is full of cafes, restaurants, and bars that cater to every taste and mood. One of them is Loco Lounge, a cosy and quirky cafe bar that serves more than just food and drinks.

As a vegetarian, I often find there aren’t many meat-free choices, but here, there was plenty. I settled on a trusty tomato & mozzarella panini and a coffee, which came in a pretty big cup. The panini was warm and cheesy and the toasted bread was tasty.

If you are looking for something more filling than a panini, there are plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans, such as falafel flatbreads, halloumi burgers and cauliflower curry. For meat eaters, options include beef burgers, lamb curry and steak frites.

Locco Lounge is not just a cafe bar, it’s also a community hub. They host regular events such as quiz nights, live music and book clubs. They also support local charities and causes by donating part of their profits. To find out more you can visit their website at: Loco Lounge Kings Heath
