A Birmingham drinking establishment has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Plough, a pub, bar or nightclub at 21-23 High Street, Harborne, Birmingham was given the maximum score after assessment on March 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Birmingham's 443 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 287 (65%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
