Despite these changes, the council advises residents to check their collection days and ensure their bins are out on time during the Easter holidays to help the city manage its waste effectively.

Residents are advised to "put their bins out as usual, ensuring that the city's waste management services continue to operate smoothly during this period."

Despite the public holidays, the council has made arrangements to ensure that all waste collection services, including general waste, recycling, and garden waste, will continue as per the regular schedule. This means that if your bin collection day falls on a holiday, your bins will still be collected.
