Currently, Octagon, a 49-storey residential tower, stands as the tallest at 155 metres, forming part of the Paradise development.

It's joined by The Mercian at 132 metres and landmarks such as 103 Colmore Row and the iconic BT Tower, which remain focal points of the city's landscape.

Looking ahead, construction of One Eastside is well under way. Set to rise to 155 metres over 51 storeys, it's on course to rival Octagon by 2026.

The upcoming Tower Leaf will add another 48-storey residential building, while Curzon Wharf, approved for development, is poised to become the city's tallest at 53 storeys once complete.
