Public transport plays a vital role in Birmingham, with thousands relying on buses, trains, and trams to get around every day. But which is the most popular choice for commuters and travellers? We asked people in the city about their experiences and preferences.

A recent study by GetByBus ranked Birmingham eighth best in Great Britain for public transport.

The ranking, based on factors such as the number of bus and train stops per square mile and station usage, placed Glasgow at the top, followed by Liverpool and Watford.

While Birmingham scored highly, improvements in connectivity and infrastructure could help push it further up the list.
