Selly Oak, a charming suburb in south Birmingham, is an inviting place for students with the University of Birmingham’s campus sprawled across it. This vibrant locale is just a stone’s throw away from Edgbaston, Stirchley, Bournville and offers an unparallled student experience.

9. Selly Manor in Bournville
Not far from Selly Oak is Bournville - which lies in the Selly Oak Constituency. The chocolate village - where Cadbury Factory is located - is a beautiful and peaceful area in south of the city. 10. Explore the historic castle ruins
Weoley Castle is located in Alwold Road, Birmingham but it’s a bit of a ruin these days. The ruins date back to more than 750 years ago.
