Leon says: “I was at this underground party, which happened. It’s like a mixture between, like, not really a rave and a concert. And they were putting up just a bunch of local Birmingham artists. It was done by room called Room Seven. I was a part of it.
“So it was me and a group and everything and it was amazing because we got young talent, and everything was done without no corporation, no backing. So people who did come actually got to experience firsthand what it is like to be an artist. So yeah, that’s probably the best event I’ve been to so far. And it was local, in Jewelry Quarter. So that’s in the heart of Birmingham city.”
Summer says: “The last one I went to was actually yesterday. I went to somewhere called Forum Birmingham. And there was all different ages. So there was maybe young people in their 20s. There was forty year olds. So it was basically like Drum n Bass. Reggae, Dub.

Naveed says: “Something I’m looking forward to in Birmingham is going to be Wireless - and it’s happening in Birmingham and I’m gassed about that! Because it’s happening in Birmingham after six years and I’ve never been to wireless before.”
