The restaurant’s set menu will have a range of international street food dishes including burritos, katsu curry and Lebanese wraps, as well as a variety of craft beers and wines.

Every month the restaurant will welcome new brands to the venue to showcase their food in Mutiny’s garden area.

Some of the pop-up street brands will include Bad Dog (hot dogs and sides), Wanna Burger and El Chivato’s Mexican food.

Other months will include the brands Tabbou, which serves Japanese, Greek, Persian and Turkish foods, Wild Ranch, which serves ribs and wings, and Hoku, which brings ‘the flavours of the North Pacific into contemporary Japanese cuisine’.

Nathan’s Mutiny Kitchens brand currently operates several food businesses, including in Birmingham and London, but the Sutton Coldfield venue is Paul and Nathan’s first restaurant.

“This is the fifth Mutiny to open, but the first as a pop-up venue where different brands can use space outside the restaurant,” said Nathan.

“I know the area really well and I thought if we can bring some of the inner city pop-ups into the area I think there’s a market for it.”

What’s coming up at Mutiny Loft

Nathan said that the restaurant will host mini-festivals with DJs, as well as quiz nights and a ‘don’t fall in love night’, which will be a twist on a singles night.
