Madness are heading out on the Forest Live tour in 2023, with a show in Cannock Chase Forest near Rugeley in Staffordshire. The ska legends will make two stops on the tour, bringing with them special guest Hollie Cook.
The Camden band have had 15 singles reaching the UK top ten, and are known for their bouncy hits like Our House, Baggy Trousers and My Girl. They have been touring relentlessly since their formation in 1976, and played several festival gigs in the UK over the summer.

Madness is currently in the studio recording their first new album in 6 years. A follow up to 2026’s Can’t Touch Us Now.
The show in Cannock Chase Forest, near Rugeley, Staffs, just a 40 minutes drive from Birmingham, is presented by Forestry England and aims to introduce audiences to unique, natural woodlands arenas across the country. The initiative has brought two million music lovers to Britain’s forests in the last 22 years.
Apart from Cannock Chase Forest, the band will also play in Delamere Forest near Northwich in Cheshire. Madness will come to Cannock Chase Forest near Rugeley, Staffordshire on Thursday June 8 2023.
