He’s one of the biggest names on the rap scene in 2022, and now fans in Birmingham will have the chance to see Machine Gun Kelly when he performs in our city.
To mark the release of his sixth album, the rapper has announced a huge US and European tour.

Machine Gun Kelly, real name Colson Baker, is a rapper originally from Houston, Texas.
Active in the music industry for over 15 years, MGK has become one of the most recognisable names on the rap scene.
MGK has enjoyed a successful career in music so far, and has picked up various awards for his work.
Two years running, in 2021 and 2021, MGK won the ‘Best Alternative’ award at the MTV Music Video Awards.

Hide AdMGK has released five studio albums which are Lace Up (2012), General Admission (2015), Bloom (2017), Hotel Diablo (2019) and Tickets to My Downfall (2020)
His sixth album, titled Mainstream Sellout, is due for release on 25 March 2022.
MGK has also turned his hand to acting, appearing in 2018 horror film ‘Bird Box’ as well as portraying Motorhead drummer Tommy Lee in 2019 biopic ‘The Dirt’
When does Machine Gun Kelly play in Birmingham?
His date in Birmingham is one of 14 MGK is playing on the European leg of his 2022 tour.

Hide AdStarting in Germany and finishing in the Netherlands, MGK will perform in nine countries across the continent.
He is due to perform at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham on Tuesday, 4 October.


Where else will Machine Gun Kelly perform?
MGK will play a number of European dates in September and October 2022, including four in the UK.
He will play at the O2 Arena in London on 1 October before coming to Birmingham on 4 October.
Two days later, on 6 October, MGK is due to play in Leeds.

Who is supporting Machine Gun Kelly?
During the European leg of his tour, including the date in Birmingham, Machine Gun Kelly will be supported by two acts.
Iann Dior, a rapper originally from Puerto Rico, and Oklahoma artist 44phantom are set to join MGK on the tour.
When do tickets go on sale?
Pre-sale tickets for MGK’s Birmingham tour date go on sale at 10am on Thursday, 24 March.

You can also gain access to tickets on 24 March if you are signed up to the Birmingham Arena Superfans Club. if you aren’t already signed up as a member, you can do so through the official arena website.
Tickets will be placed onto general sale at 10am on Friday, 25 March.
These will be available for purchase through Ticketmaster and the official Birmingham Utilita Arena website.
According to the arena website, tickets will be priced at £35.90, £44.40, £47.20 and £58.50.
These prices include postage and booking fees.
