October 1 marks the first day of a two-month long offer where children can enjoy a day out for free

The deal at Dudley Zoo & Castle lasts until November 29 - and it includes the half-term break.

Parents can bring children for a day out for free. Up to two children aged 3-15 will be admitted for free with every full-paying adult.

A spokeswoman for Dudley Zoo said: “So why not bring your little ones to come and learn more about ours – including two of our cheekiest, Jim and Joe, our young Bornean orangutans.”
