Godiva Festival is nearly here and music lovers will be flocking to Coventry for the three-day event.

Godiva music festival will take place this weekend, promising a huge line up of famous names over the three-day spectacular. The music festival is held each year in the War Memorial Park, Coventry and is named after the city’s famous former inhabitant Lady Godiva.

Godiva festival first appeared as a day-long event in 1997 and became a three day event the following year in 1998. This year, the event will take place between Friday, June 30 and Sunday July 2.

The line-up for the 2023 festival includes the likes of headline acts Rudimental, The Enemy and Melanie C. Alongside the headliners will be a range of other musical acts performing on stages including The Next Stage and CWR Stage.

Godiva Festival 2023 weather forecast

Here’s the weather forecast for Godiva Festival in Coventry, according to the Met Office:

On the first day of the festival, there will be sunny intervals changing to cloudy by late morning. Maximum temperatures of 20C.

Saturday

On the second day of the festival, there will be overcast skies, changing to sunny in the afternoon. Maximum temperatures of 21C.

Sunday

On the last day of the festival, there will be sunny intervals throughout the day. Maximum temperatures of 20C.
