“We’re very much looking forward to welcoming our first guests through the door in October, whether they’re quick enough to secure a spot on one of our soft launch sittings, or they join us from our official opening date. For now, we hope you enjoy a first taste of KIBOU on Temple Row next week, good luck!”

Diners can expect that the new Birmingham restaurant will accommodate up to 200 people across a bar and lounge, open sushi kitchen, main restaurant, and private dining space.

The standalone bar will also serve KIBOU's Japanese-inspired cocktails.
