From Birmingham to Solihull, Sandwell and and further - there are festivals galore happening across the summer and autumn months in the Midlands. Whether you are looking for a family-friendly event where you can camp out with your kids, or are looking to attend a child-free event - there’s something for everyone. From coffee to burgers, film, and, of course, music - there are festivals of all shapes and sizes.
So, get ready to bring out your most colourful festival clothes because the season for them is here. With food and drinks flowing and dancing on the spot to great acts from across the world - the Midlands will be transformed during these fabulous events. 1. Noise Destruction Festival, Balsall Heath

2. Swingamajig, Birmingham Botanical Gardens
Welcome some vintage vibes with Swingamajig at Birmingham Botanical Gardens. This is a family friendly event with six stages of live music, DJs, swing dancing, award winning cabaret, burlesque, circus & much more. Get dressed in your vintage best for this festival. 3. Flatpack 2023, multiple locations
Flatpack Festival is a film festival and this year they are celebrating not only festival no. 17, but also twenty years as an organisation! Date - Birmingham 16-21 May 2023. It will take place in multiple locations. (Photo - Unsplash)
4. Birmingham Pride 2023, Birmingham City Centre
Birmingham Pride returns in 2023 with more amazing performers, a massive Pride parade and lots more. Sugarbabes were announced as the headliners of the festival. It is returning even bigger for 2023, with added runway, increased VIP area, larger screens for better visibility and of course an amazing line up of international, national and local recording artists.
