With breathtaking panoramic views of the transforming Birmingham skyline along with the latest design and tech facilities the members’ club at 103 Colmore Row is set to offer an expert service for city businesses like never before

The skyscraper, opposite Snow Hill Station, is the tallest new office building in Birmingham and will feature a super stylish restaurant across two floors linked via a lift to an elegant cocktail bar on the ground floor.

Below this, on the 18th floor, will be the sophisticated members club called Eighteen which will offer access to a business lounge with dining and bar facilities, meeting rooms, event space and a range of informal break out areas.

There will also be a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace overlooking Birmingham, ideal for social events and wellbeing classes.

Members of the public will also be able to take advantage of the space by hiring it for private events.

Who is operating Eighteen and can I rent office space at 103 Colmore Row?

Flexible workspace provider x+why will operate Eighteen, along with 31,500 sq ft of office space on the first, second and third floors of the building, where it will offer self-contained office suites, co-working space, meeting rooms and support services to businesses on a pay-as-you-use basis.

Eighteen is scheduled to open in September with fit-out works due to commence this month.

What is putting office space at 103 Colmore Row above other workplaces?

Birmingham’s tallest new office building, which is being developed by Sterling Property Ventures and Tristan Capital Partners’ EPISO 4 fund.

Tenants include Browne Jacobson, Gallagher, Grant Thornton, Knight Frank, Shoosmiths and Tilney Smith & Williamson.

James Howarth, managing director of Sterling Property Ventures, said: “The ability to offer tenants membership to a business club on the 18th floor is a major USP for the building. The dining and bar facilities are perfect for client lunch meetings during the day, drinks with colleagues after work or just networking with other tenants, while the meeting rooms provide additional business and event space.

What else can businesses expect at 103 Colmore Row?

103 Colmore Row comprises 223,631 sq ft of Grade A, BREEAM ‘Excellent’ office space, as well as a two-storey top floor restaurant and ground floor café - to be operated by D&D London which manages luxury restaurants in London, Paris, New York, Bristol, Leeds and Manchester.

It’s also one of the most energy efficient commercial buildings in Birmingham, with its heating and hot water supplied by the low carbon District Energy Scheme and electricity provided from renewable energy sources. The office space has also achieved an EPC A rating – the first for an office building in Birmingham.

The office space is being marketed by joint agents Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank.
