Take a tour around Christmas in Birmingham’s Centenary Square with an ice rink, big wheel and more

Screams of excitement fill the air as the dazzling festive lights sparkle amidst the festive fun.

Welcome to Christmas in Birmingham’s Centenary Square. Just across the way from the authentic Frankfurt Christmas Market - where revellers shop for gifts and enjoy genuine German beers, gluhwein, schnitzel, bratwurst and more - you’ll find a host of activities with a bit more of a daring edge.

First up there’s the ice rink which is a family favourite, but as you move through the square, you’ll find the Big wheel which takes visitors high in the air. And if you’re a fan of heights and are a bit of a thrill seeker, then you can always have a go on the giant swings where the sky's the limit and the illuminated rocket - where you’ll be swept off your feet.
