Visit the Christmas Markets - they’re the best in the UK
The German Christmas market has become a staple of Birmingham’s Christmas atmosphere over the years here in Birmingham, but 2021 sees the return of the British Christmas market at Cathedral Square on Colmore Row.
Christmas in Cathedral Square includes over 40 craft, gift, food and drinks stalls, as well as over 150 light features, all provided by local businesses, producers and craftspeople. No wonder Birmingham has been named as the most Christmassy city in the UK (with Glasgow!).

But who better to tell us what to expect than one of the leading ladies themselves! You can see why the Death Drop Drag Queens just love our Brummie accents here.

This includes a series of performances, exhibitions, workshops and talks across the city centre as well as online. One of these events is the Vogue Ball, presented by the House of Ghetto, which will be playing at the Birmingham Hippodrome.
