Winter Funland at the NEC

Unlimited funfair rides, a gigantic ice rink and an amazing festival circus. If those things appeal to you and your family, then you may be interested in Winter Funland, the UK’s largest indoor Christmas funfair, coming to the NEC in Birmingham this year.

There are even rumours that the big man himself Father Christmas will be attending to find out exactly what’s on children’s wish list this year. There’ll also be plenty of food and drink vendors to really offer that Christmas Market feeling.

The Play What I Wrote at The Rep

The West End play “The Play What I Wrote” is currently playing at the Rep Theatre here in Birmingham. It’s the story of a man who himself writes a play set during the French revolution much to the chagrin of his performance partner, who wishes to continue with their double act.

Every performance includes a mystery guest, with stars such as Tom Hiddleston, Daniel Radcliffe, Ralph Fiennes and Sir Ian McKellen previously stepping into the role. Tom has already appeared in a guest cameo role in Birmingham, who could be next?
