Online Marketing Surgery and Cardinal Steels have created their Property Report, which helped rank neighbourhoods in the West Midlands based on average house prices and data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS), year ending March 2024.
1. Dorridge, Solihull - Median house price: £627,500
