Wolverhampton Wanderers will be eager to extend their home Premier League unbeaten run to six matches as they take on Nottingham Forest on Saturday afternoon. Gary O'Neil's side won for a third time in their last five outings midweek as they beat Burnley by one goal to nil, moving up to 13th place.
Forest, meanwhile, are down in 16th after being were thrashed 5-0 away at Fulham. Manager Steve Cooper is under severe pressure due to just one win in the last 11 outings. It's claimed by The Athletic that he's in a precarious position having been told his final chance lies at Molineux.
Wolves will be keen to take advantage of the unrest in the Forest camp but it'll still be a difficult task to win as the away fanbase remains behind their manager. Here are the 11 players we think O'Neil will start to give his side the best chance of victory.
1. GK - Dan Bentley
Came in for Sa against Burnley and did a superb job, making a stunning double save to keep a clean sheet. Controversial perahps given Sa is now back from injury, but we think Bentley has earned his place.
2. RWB - Nelson Semedo
Not playing at his best at the moment but isn’t threatened for his place with a whole host of full-backs unavailable.
3. CB - Max Kilman
One of the first names on the team sheet, skipper Kilman has often featured as a right-sided centre-half this campaign.
4. CB - Craig Dawson
Invaluable to Wolves due to his vast experience and leadership qualities. Also does a fine job in the air.
