Wolverhampton Wanderers return to home soil this Saturday as they take on Premier League fellow relegation battlers Leeds United in a huge six-pointer at Molineux. Following a disappointing 2-1 loss at Newcastle United last weekend, Julen Lopetegui’s side will be eager to get back to winning ways with their final match before the international break.
The latest on the team news front may scupper their chances somewhat, however, with Wanderers on the back foot in that regard. Pablo Sarabia was the latest Wolves player to be sidelined as he missed the trip to Newcastle with a heel problem. Lopetegui said before that game it would “hopefully not be too long”, though the midfielder remains a doubt.

Similar was revealed for Bueno in a press conference seven days earlier.
Meanwhile, Mali international Boubacar Traore still wasn’t in the matchday squad last weekend but he’s expected back imminently following a groin issue. Long-term absentees Sasa Kalajdzic and Chiquinho (both knee) are looking at returns in pre-season, with any game time this campaign very unlikely.

Leeds will have to make do without defensive pairing Liam Cooper and Stuart Dallas, with the former set to return after the international break but the latter facing a few more months on the treatment table. Experienced midfielder Adam Forshaw (groin) will be back at the start of April.
The biggest concern for new Lilywhites head coach Javi Gracia, however, is an injury for Tyler Adams. “Tyler has sustained a hamstring injury in training this week and will therefore not be joining up with the USMNT for international duty,” a statement from Leeds reads. “The midfielder will remain at Thorp Arch for further assessment.”
Ruled out: Costa, Bueno, Kalajdzic, Chiquinho (WOL); Cooper, Dallas, Forshaw, Adams (LEE).
Doubts: Sarabia, B. Traore (WOL).
