Wolverhampton Wanderers have the opportunity to soar into the Premier League top half as they take on Brentford at Gtech Community Stadium on Wednesday. The Old Gold are full of confidence after beating fellow mid-table side Chelsea 2-1 at Molineux on Christmas Eve and will be keen to get another positive result on the board.
Brentford, who have won just one of their last six Premier League outings, are rather off the boil at the moment. The Bees have a game in hand on many teams in the division but have fallen to within just four points of the relegation zone. Wolves will be hoping they can take advantage of Brentford's low confidence but must still show plenty of respect for their opposition.
Gary O'Neil has a couple of selection dilemmas as Craig Dawson is a doubt after going off against Chelsea with a knee laceration and Pedro Neto is back but is yet to start since his hamstring injury.
