Gary O'Neil issues triple Wolves injury update before Newcastle clash
Mario Lemina, Rayan Ait-Nouri and Yerson Mosquera will face late fitness tests for Sunday’s Premier League clash with Newcastle.
The Wolves trio have trained with the first team but didn’t complete full sessions following various injury and fitness concerns. It’s hoped all three can feature against Eddie Howe’s side this weekend but there’s no certainty over starts, which prompts several selection dilemmas.

In the case of Lemina, the captain didn’t head on international duty with Gabon as there were concerns over a knock. It was a similar scenario for Ait-Nouri, who has also been carrying a slight injury over the last fortnight or so.
Mosquera, who is enjoying his first regular string of Wolves starts, was always expected to struggle in training at the tail end of this week as he had to travel over 10 hours to return from South America. The central defender scored in Colombia’s 2-1 win over Argentina on Tuesday night.
