With Ruben Neves already confirmed out for the fixture as he continues to recover from the medial collateral ligament problem he picked up in the defeat to Leeds United, Bruno Lage also adds that Max Kilman and Daniel Podence will join him on the sidelines.

The manager explained that Kilman and Podence will both definitely be out for the game against the Clarets however beyond that remains a bit of an unknown.

It was better news in regards to Neves, though, who was pictured back on the grass this week.

The Portuguese playmaker was initially predicted to make a return to first team action towards the very back end of the campaign, however, he could make a return to action as soon as the game at home to Brighton on April 30.

Neves will return to full contact training as of next week and then it will be a case of seeing how he responds to the sessions.
