Wolves and Leicester have recently sent scouts to watch two promising players in action for Czech top-tier side Viktoria Plzen ahead of possible transfer approaches.
The two Premier League clubs, currently contesting in a relegation battle against one another, are set to carry over their fight to the transfer market. The Old Gold and the Foxes are both keen on signing Plzen duo Rafiu Durosinmi and Sampson Dweh and are reportedly considering swoops this summer.

Hide AdDurosinmi, a striker, has been gradually working his way up through the ranks at Plzen following his arrival from MFK Karvina two years ago. Injuries have hindered the 22-year-old’s progress but he has still impressed, scoring 18 goals and making seven assists in 44 appearances so far.

European competitions have been Durosinmi’s stomping ground as the attacker has scored two and assisted one in three Europa League matches this season, while he notched three goals in six Europa Conference League qualifying fixtures last campaign.
Dweh, meanwhile, is a centre-back thought to have significant potential. The 23-year-old has been one of the first names on the Plzen team sheet for the past two seasons and has been pretty much ever-present in the Chance League and Europa League this term. With four goals to his name in 2024/25, the Liberian is also a decent set-piece threat.
Football Insider reports a host of Premier League clubs have been keeping tabs on the progress of Durosinmi and Dweh over the past few months. Wolves and Leicester are tipped to have the most interest with scouts from both teams said to have attended Plzen’s recent 2-1 defeat to nine-man Lazio in the Europa League last 16.

Hide AdThere’s an opportunity to make amends this Thursday as Plzen travel away to Lazio in the second leg. Durosinmi, playing as a left forward alongside Matej Vydra and Pavel Sulc, scored the Czech outfit’s goal in the reverse fixture. Dweh, meanwhile, played the full 90 minutes as the right-sided centre-half in a back three.
The report from Football Insider suggests Plzen will be open to selling Durosinmi and Dweh if “big-money bids” arrive in the inbox.
Wolves keen on Everton ace
In other news, Wanderers among several clubs eager to sign central defender Michael Keane when his Everton contract expires this summer.
Vitor Pereira recruited two new centre-halves in the recent window transfer window as he signed Emmanuel Agbadou and Nasser Djiga from Reims and Red Star for a combined £26.6 million, but the Wolves manager isn’t done there.

The financial situation is better than it was under Gary O’Neil but it’s still far from ideal, so utilising the free agents market could be a handy way to add squad depth without breaking the bank.
With this in mind, Keane, who can now be freely sounded out ahead of his expected Everton departure, is a target. The Daily Mail reports Wolves are “showing an interest” alongside Saudi Pro League club Al-Riyadh and Major League Soccer side FC Dallas.
