Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Raul Jimenez is closing in on a permanent transfer to fellow Premier League side Fulham, according to a reputable report.
The Mexican, who failed to score outside of the Carabao Cup last season, was once a prolific figure at the head of Wolves’ attack but has seen his numbers dwindle since.

Hide AdFulham are in need of a new striker with star man Aleksandar Mitrovic seemingly forcing a move following a lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia.
Cottagers manager Marco Silva turned down a similar offer and is very much focused on the season ahead, including the transfer business ahead of the opening weekend.
Transfer news journalist Fabrizio Romano has dealt the Jimenez to Fulham deal the ‘here we go’ slogan, with a medical said to be booked in for the start of this week.
It’s reported the fee is around £5.5 million fixed, with personal terms expected to be agreed on Monday and the official contracts to be signed afterward.

Hide AdJimenez, who has scored 30 goals in 102 international appearances for Mexico, will be hoping this move will give him another chance to shine in the Premier League.
Injuries didn’t help but even when the 32-year-old was fit, his game time was significantly reduced last season. His best-ever campaign was in 2019/20, as he scored 27 goals.
After five years and 57 goals in 166 appearances, Jimenez departs Molineux as a Wolves hero.
