“Coming off the back of the season where I played the most games I’ve had, my confidence is very high,” Kelleher recently told FAI TV, before a round of friendly fixtures.
“I think clubs will have been looking as well and seeing me play, so hopefully there’ll be some interest elsewhere. I think the time is right now,” the goalkeeper said.
These quotes come after The Sun reported that Wolves are keen on signing Kelleher as a Sa replacement. The 25-year-old played 10 times in the Premier League last season, conceding 11 goals and keeping two clean sheets. He also preserved one defensive shutout in eight Europa League fixtures, letting in 12.
