Wolves 'reignite contact' for wonderkid transfer that 'makes sense for all parties'

Wolverhampton Wanderers are set to reignite contact with Paris Saint-Germain over wonderkid attacking midfielder Noha Lemina, the younger brother of Old Gold star Mario Lemina.
The 18-year-old is currently on loan at Italian Serie B outfit Sampdoria but just one first-team appearance has prompted a likely recall. Lemina has still taken something from his loan, though, as he impressed in Primavera 1 - the top Italian youth league - with two goals in eight matches.

Hide AdWolves have been linked with the promising teenager, who can play on either flank or as a number 10, ever since the start of January. It was a tricky time for the Lemina brothers as their father passed away just before the turn of the year.
A reunion in the West Midlands would understandably be helpful for the pair as they can come to terms with their grief together. Wolves would also gain a talented youngster, while PSG could gain some funds in a loan-to-buy move.

It's a deal that makes sense for all parties, however, it emerged last week via our sister publication Shropshire Star that a proposed move is in doubt due to concerns over visa qualification. It appears Lemina, who turns 19 in June, hasn't played enough senior games to accumulate the points required for a UK visa.
Nonetheless, The Athletic now reports the deal is still "one to keep an eye on" as Wolves are expected to contact PSG again. The wish of The Athletic is our command on that front; a wait-and-see scenario before conclusion of the January window.
