Stuttgart forward Sasa Kalajdzic is in the UK completing a medical ahead of a proposed move to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The 6’7 striker who plays internationally for Austria, will sign a five-year contract at Molineux in a transfer that will reach ‘in excess of €20m.’
According to Fabrizio Romano, Wolves agreed a fee of €18million with the German side on Monday afternoon with Kalajdzic traveling to England soon after to complete all the formalities.
Boly replacement already lined up
And Wolves appear to be strengthening at the other end of the pitch, too, with former Manchester City and Celtic defender Jason Denayer expected to sign in the coming days.
Denayer is a free agent after leaving Lyon meaning that a move for him could be completed after the window closes on September 1.
The 27-year-old who plays for Belgium at international level made over 100 appearances for Lyon in Ligue 1 and will provide a solid replacement for Willy Boly who looks set to join Premier League rivals Nottingham Forest.
Reports suggest that the Belgian has been offered a three-year deal at Molineux.
