This updated table unveils the teams in the Premier League with the highest total squad market values – and there are plenty of surprises.

With Premier League action on the horizon once again and just a few weeks to wait until the opening fixtures, clubs are spending tens of millions on transfers to get well prepared.

Some of the biggest moves so far have been Declan Rice and Kai Havertz to Arsenal, Christopher Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson to Chelsea, and Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai to Liverpool, but many more deals are expected.

The English top tier is without a doubt the wealthiest division in the world and it shows with huge transfer fees being splashed already, even with six weeks left of the window.

Clubs have caused their total squad market values to sky rocket over the last few months and there’s now a fresh leader at the top of the charts, taking over from the reigning champions.
