Wolverhampton Wanderers head east tonight to face Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup quarter final. Wolves will be looking to join Manchester United and Newcastle United in the semi-finals.

Wolves ended a run of poor form recently, and last time out they drew 2-2 away at Liverpool in the FA Cup Third Round. In the League, they have picked up four points from their last three matches.

Following their own bad run, Forest have steadied themselves in the league. Four points in their last two games has got them moving in the right direction.

Wolves reached the quarter final stage by beating League One Gillingham 2-0 at Molineux. Forest books their place in the last eight with a 4-1 win away at Championship side Blackburn Rovers.

The two sides have met in the league once so far this season. Back in October, a second half penalty from Ruben Neves was enough for all three points for Wolves.

The match has not been selected for live TV coverage. However- here is information on other ways you can follow the match live and also how you can watch highlights.
