Released Wolves youngster finds new club following Molineux exit and Cheltenham Town trial
Kam Kandola has signed with National League North side Kidderminster Harriers following his release from Wolves this month.
Kidderminster sit in the sixth tier of English football, and he will be able to make his debut against Alfreton Town, after the move was finalised.

Hide AdHis new manager is Phil Brown, who is most remembered for his time in charge of Hull City. Brown guided the Tigers to promotion via the Championship play-offs in 2008, and kept them up for a season.
Kandola’s new club Kidderminster find themselves currently sixth in the league stands, which is one of the the play-off spots. The Harriers trail league leaders Scunthorpe United by seven points.
The 20-year-old was one of four players that departed the club earlier this month, and he has wasted no time in getting back on his feet. He was a player at Wolves for 13-years of his career, and he has opted to challenge himself in men’s football, having performed well at age-grade level.
The centre-back had a further year on his contract, having signed a two-year extension in August 2023 but a decision was made for him to depart just under 12 months before his deal was due to expire.

Hide AdKandola graduated to the under-21s team from the under-18s, and departed having made a combined 77 appearances for the under-18 and under-21s team. Earlier this summer, he had a trial period with League Two outfit Cheltenham Town, but the Robins opted not to sign him.
Ethan McLeod, Wales youth international Owen Hesketh, and Mason Rees were the other three players to leave along with Kandola. Rees signed with National League North outfit Rushall Olympic. Rees was reportedly of interest to Brentford in May according to Football Insider.
