Wolverhampton Wanderers’ hopes of surviving relegation from the Premier League took a major hit on Saturday as points were dropped away at Nottingham Forest. Other clubs in the fight, meanwhile, picked up valuable victories to boost their own hopes of survival as the relegation continues to build momentum.
It’s been an exciting watch for neutrals waith just five points separating the teams in 12th and 18th, but for those supporting any of the clubs, it’s been a tense ride. Leeds United, Leicester City and Southampton are currently in the bottom three, though with around 10 games still to go for most teams in the battle, plenty could still change.
