Well known broadcaster and writer Andy Brassell says Wolverhampton Wanderers have signed a player who on his day, is ‘as good as it gets,’ in Goncalo Guedes.
The club confirmed the transfer of the Portuguese winger from Valencia on Monday evening for a fee believed to be in the region on £30million and Brassell thinks this could be a bargain if the gold and black get the best of the 25-year-old.

Hide AdSpeaking to talkSPORT as their European football expert, he said: “For Wolves I think Guedes will be absolutely fantastic.”
“They need that little bit of extra bang up front, maybe they could be in a bit of trouble if they’re not scoring goals.
“He’s someone who can play as a striker or as a winger, lightning quick, on his day as good as it gets.”
Guedes is coming off the best season of his career over in La Liga. The former Paris Saint-Germain man made 36 appearances, scoring 11 goals in all competitions.
He also managed more minutes (2,690) than ay any other time in his career.
The 25-year-old will wear number 17 for Wolves in the coming season.
