Football Manager 2024 launched last week following a two-week beta period, and now Wolves fans can take charge of the Molineux club.

Gary O'Neil's doing a brilliant job given the circumstances when he arrived back in August. Wolves are 12th right now in the league standings, and are nine points above the drop zone going into the final international break of 2023. The FA Cup is to come in January, and you have to say O'Neil's done a pretty good job, and when the transfer window opens he can only add to the good work he's doing, and the foundations he's laying down.

But for the fans who think they could do a better job or at least do things differently have the opportunity to do that by purchasing the game and taking them over. FM24, produced by Sports Interactive, released earlier this month, and there's already thousands of people who have put in countless hours to the game.

The life of a football manager is a difficult one, especially when you're in the Premier League and the spotlight is always on you, with no restbite even when there's an international break or no fixtures. Depending on the structure of your club, a manager is tasked with picking the team, taking part in contract and transfer talks, whilst also keeping the board, staff and players happy, all whilst meeting targets set out to you.
