Wolves vs Leeds United Carabao Cup: How to watch on TV, channel, live stream and kick off time

Wolves will take on Leeds in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday evening. The two teams both faced and defeated lower tier opposition in the second round of the competition.

In the last round, Wolves beat Preston North End by 2-1. Goals from Raul Jiminez and Adama Traore were enough to ensure that the Midlands team qualified for the third round.

Meanwhile, Leeds had to see off Yorkshire rivals Barnsley to make it this far. Mateusz Klich’s brace and a goal from Luis Sinsisterra saw the Whites make it through at the Tykes’ expense.

Wolves have won the League Cup on two occasions, in 1974 and 1980. Leeds, on the other hand, have won the competition just once, in 1968.

The last time the two teams met was back in August, on the inaugural weekend of the 2022/23 Premier League season. It was Leeds who came away victorious on that day, winning by 2-1.
