Wolves v Brentford team news - 17 out and 3 doubts

Latest injury and team news ahead of Wolves v Brentford in the FA Cup.

Wolves and Brentford meet for the third time in under a month as the two face off in an FA Cup third-round replay at Molineux.

A 1-1 draw in which Joao Gomes was sent off after nine minutes saw Tommy Doyle equalise with a pearlier of a strike after Neal Maupay had opened the scoring. Gomes is unavailable for Wolves this evening through suspension, and he is one of several players that will be missing.

Wolves have already met Brentford in the Premier League, and will be hoping that they can mirror their victory on December 27 when they won 4-1. Hwang Hee-chan who is away on international duty scored a brace in between Mario Lemina' opener and Jeanricner Bellegarde.

This is the first meeting in the Midlands this season between the two sides, and in just over a months time they will do battle again on February 10. Neither side were in action at the weekend owing to the winter break for half of the Premier League, but both sides break have been cut short for this tie.

Should Wolves win then they could potentially have a West Midlands Derby against West Brom, after they beat Aldershot Town 4-1 at The Hawthorn's. If Wolves lose then there's of course a free weekend in the calendar for them at the end of January.

Both clubs have got players at the Africa Cup of Nations or the Asia Cup and as a result, squads are being stretched to their limits with several youngsters expected to complement both benches. Here is the latest injury and team news ahead of Wolves v Brentford.
