West Bromwich Albion missed out on the Championship play-off places after Carlos Corberan’s side lost 3-2 at Swansea City on the final day of the 2022/23 campaign.
The Baggies finished the season in 9th place, with Sunderland grabbing the final play-off spot. It was a disappointing end to the season for Albion who had a resurgence under Corberan after the Spaniard replaced Steve Bruce during the early stages of the campaign. Albion fans have experienced a range of emotions through the years supporting the club with many ups and downs.
There have been promotions and relegations to and from the Premier League, as well as concerns over the club’s ownership - it’s certainly not been all plain sailing being a Baggies fan in recent years.
