Baggies icon reveals what West Brom must do amid Carlos Corberan Burnley and Leicester City links

Former midfielder Robert Koren has tipped West Brom to bounce back from their play-off pain and can 'definitely' get promoted next season if they can keep hold of their manager.
The Baggies suffered a 3-1 defeat to Southampton in the Championship play-offs last month and face another year in English football's tier second tier. West Brom weren't expected to finish in the top six but defied expectations by finishing fifth and now with the investment of Shilen Patel, the club will be pushing for promotion again next season.

"I think with the coach and the team that they have, they built a really good team spirit and they have a lot of quality in the team."
Koren played for West Brom from 2007 to 2010 and has drawn similarities on what he experienced during his time at the Hawthorns. WBA lost to Derby County in the play-off final in 2007 but went on to win the Championship title a year later.
The Slovenian international added: “I remember my time in England was similar to their situation, so my first six months we got in the playoffs and lost in the final.

Head coach Carlos Corberan has been listed in the vacancies at both Burnley and Leicester City. Vincent Kompany has already left for Bayern Munich and Enzo Maresca is expected to complete his move to Chelsea. Koren has instructed West Brom to keep Corberan at the club and back him if they are to challenge for promotion again next season.
"West Brom is a big club in the Championship and I think they can bounce back and they can go to the Premier League next season,” added Koren.
"They definitely need to do everything they can to keep hold of the manager, give him some budget to spend to bring in new players and build the atmosphere, they have to do everything they can to keep him if they are to bounce back next season."
