West Brom player ratings vs Millwall as Grady Diangana and John Swift impress

The Baggies left London with a decent point to cement their Championship play-off chances.

West Bromwich Albion cemented their place in the Championship play-offs after earning a point with a hard-fought 1-1 draw at Millwall. The Baggies were forced to come from behind at the Den but left London with a decent point.

Substitute John Swift scored from the spot for Carlos Corberan's side just past the hour mark, cancelling out Duncan Watmore's first-half opener. The point leaves Albion in fifth but opens up a nine-point gap between them and Hull City in seventh.

Millwall started the better of the two sides, piling on early pressure through their set-piece threat. And the Lions opened the scoring on 21 minutes, pouncing on a loose ball to slide past the onrushing Alex Palmer from the edge of the box.

Albion heaped the pressure on after conceding but were unable to equalise going into the break. It took 22 minutes of the second-half for Corberan's men to get their goal, with Swift converting from the spot after Grady Diangana was tripped in the box.

The Baggies dominated possession and created plenty of openings but were unable to find the killer pass, eventually settling for the point. Below are your player ratings.
