The forward, who has struggled for game time under Carlos Corberan, is rushing to complete a late move to south Wales before the transfer deadline, at 11pm.

According to Football Insider, Swansea have reached a full agreement with Albion to sign Grant until the end of the season.

The former Huddersfield Town ace was a regular under Steve Bruce, but minutes have dried up since the arrival of Corberan at the Hawthorns.

Grant has not completed a full match since late October but the Swans are hopeful of bringing the best back out of the 25-year-old.

Meanwhile, West Brom are growing increasingly confident of bringing in Chelsea youngster Omari Hutchinson until the end of the season. See here.
