Former West Brom playmaker Matheus Pereira could be poised to leave Al-Hilal, as per FogaoNet. He was linked with a move to Premier League side Everton last summer. Meanwhile, young forward Owen Windsor, who left the Hawthorns as the end of last season, is now wanted by non-league outfit Chippenham Town, as per the Gazette & Herald.

QPR have made a ‘strong move’ to land Baggies-linked midfielder Leighton Clarkson from Liverpool according to reporter Alan Nixon on his Patreon. He is currently on loan up in Scotland with Aberdeen.

Birmingham City

Birmingham have received a boost with Krystian Bielik poised to stay for the rest of this campaign. Derby County boss Paul Warne has told Derbyshire Live: “I am led to believe he is staying at Birmingham for the remainder of the season. I haven’t spoke to him since the World Cup and he was like my famous friend during it. It’s not very often I text a World Cup player. I saw his game and thought he did all right so I thoroughly enjoyed that. But no he’s not coming back here during this window.”

The Blues will have new signings Kevin Long and Reda Khadra ready to make their debuts this weekend. Meanwhile, defender Dion Sanderson is ‘touch and go’ to play, as per the club website.
