West Brom set asking price as Everton ponder move in four-team Premier League transfer race

According to TEAMtalk, Fellows is valued in the £15m bracket and their position is that they want to keep him amid late interest in the window, but could lose him should any club meet their valuation.
In recent days, Ipswich Town and Southampton have had bids of £11m and £10m rejected and now Everton are mulling over making a move for the tricky winger. They had interested reported him at the start of the year and now that looks to be reignited in the final 48 hours of the transfer window, as they consider making a move for the England under-20 international.

Hide AdErnest Nuamah is Everton's prime target according to TEAMtalk but should they fail to land him, then they could move on to Fellows who they view as a promising, and cheaper alternative.
Fellows has been instrumental to the Baggies’ good start to the season and played a key role in their wins over QPR and Stoke City. He supplied Josh Maja with an assist for one of his goals at Loftus Road, and then last weekend, he set up Maja and Karlan Grant for their efforts at the Bet365 Stadium.
The 21-year-old is under contract at the Hawthorns until the summer of 2027, and signed a new deal in January despite there being reported interest from Everton, Southampton and Leicester City.
West Brom are poised to complete the signing of Mikey Johnston from Celtic, but he is viewed as an addition to the squad, rather than a potential replacement for Fellows. A £3m move has been agreed and he is undergoing a medical ahead of his return to the Midlands.
