Last week, the ratings for over 17,000 players, including the whole Baggies squad, were revealed. Tom Fellows saw the biggest increase, going from 59 to 69, with his card changing from a bronze to a silver.

Despite suffering a downgrade and a rating decrease of one, Wallace remains one of the best players in the division. The 30-year-old is the 18th-best player in the division. He played 44 times in the league last year for West Brom, providing six goals and five assists as they finished fifth.

Gamers will soon be able to assemble their squads with the launch of the EA FC 25 Web App, which is due to be released in the coming days. When the game launches, there will be 15 players with gold cards, 514 which are silver, and 154 who are bronze.

Out of the 20 best players in the division, six of them are Leeds United players, the most of any team in the division. Austrian centre-back Maximilian Wober who returned from a loan at Borussia Monchengladbach is regarded as the joint-best player in the division along with Luton Town’s Alfie Doughty.

Burnley have three players; Jordan Beyer, Josh Cullen, and Mike Tresor in the top 20 with Beyer and Cullen both tied on 76, and Tresor rated at 75.

Coventry City midfielder Ben Sheaf and Sunderland’s Salis Abdul Samed are the only players with a gold card that wasn't at a relegated Premier League club or a team in the Championship top six last season. Abdul Samed is on loan from RC Lens, whilst Sheaf played 31 times for the Sky Blues last season, contributing to three league goals.
