Rangers are reportedly leading the race to sign West Brom-linked Jerry Yates from Blackpool, according to reporter Alan Nixon on his Patreon. The Sun claimed last month that the Baggies were keen along with Watford, Bournemouth and Brentford.

Corberan’s side are back in training today after a week off, as per the Express & Star. They are due to head to Spain for some warmer weather on Sunday.

Birmingham City

Birmingham are said to be among a host of clubs interested in Brighton and Hove Albion striker Evan Ferguson, according to a report by the Daily Mail. The 18-year-old is also said to be on the radar of fellow second tier clubs Sheffield United, Wigan Athletic, Middlesbrough, Millwall, Bristol City and Preston North End, as well as League One team Ipswich Town.

Former Blues star Jude Bellingham will be looking to show what he can do on the big stage as he prepares for play for England against Iran today in Qatar. He left the Midlands for Borussia Dortmund back in 2020 and hasn’t looked back since.
