According to the BBC, a fee of £10m was paid in January 2017 to take Livermore from Hull to the Hawthorns. He signed a four-year deal and was brought to the West Midlands by Tony Pulis.
Livermore ended up spending six-and-a-half seasons as a Baggies player, making 216 appearances. He stuck around following the club's relegation from the Premier League and missed just one game as the club was promoted back after two seasons under Slaven Bilic.

In his parting statement, he said West Brom would always be 'his club' and asked if he could become an honorary Baggie.
The 35-year-old reunited with Valerien Ismael at Watford following his WBA exit, but the Hornets parted ways with Ismael in March. Livermore made 32 appearances for the Hertfordshire club but fell out of favour when Tom Cleverley took over.
As Livermore was released during the summer, he is free to join any club. Any clubs in the Football League must have a space in their squad after submitting their lists to the EFL following the closing of the transfer window in August.
For any club which does wish to take a chance on Livermore, they will be getting a player that has seven England caps to his name. He's got 196 games of Premier League football under his belt and has played in the Championship 247 times.
