Former West Bromwich Albion manager Valerien Ismael is set to be appointed the new manager of Turkish giants Besiktas.
Ismael has been without a job following his departure from Albion in February but looks to be heading swiftly back into action, switching the Black Country for the Black Eagles.

Numerous reports over the last 48 hours have stated the deal has already been completed for the man that spent just eight months with Albion, however the club themselves are yet to confirm.
They did however release a statement this morning claiming that talks have ‘started’ with Ismael ahead of a proposed move to the 16 time Turkish Super Lig winners.
The reaction online from fans of Besiktas has been largely positive but Ismael will be well aware how easy it is to lose the love and support of a fanbase following his short spell in the Hawthorns.
Turkish fans are some of the most passionate around, too, and will not be afraid to let him know if they don’t like his approach.

A tough challenge awaits. Good luck, Valerien.
