West Brom v Wolves team news - 10 out and two doubts for FA Cup clash

Latest injury and team news ahead of the Black Country FA Cup clash between West Brom and Wolves at The Hawthorn's on Sunday.

West Brom and Wolves will be without various players for different reasons ahead of their FA Cup fourth round Black Country Derby clash at The Hawthorn's on Sunday.

For the first time since May 2021, the two sides from the West Midlands will do battle. It's a sold-out affair on Sunday, and is the first Black Country Derby match to be played in front of supporters since February 2012. Kick-off is at the earlier time of 11.45 am and will be broadcast on ITV1, and so both clubs will receive television money for the tie being shown.

Out of the two clubs, it is West Brom who have done some transfer business. They signed Andi Weimann on a season-long loan from Bristol City but because he played against West Ham for the Robins he will have to sit out. The Austrian playmaker Weimann actually had a loan spell at Molineux during his time at Derby County, and played 21 times for them.

The Africa Cup of Nations and the Asia Cup has now reached the knock out stages and both clubs have players away on international duty. Grady Diangana and Semi Ajayi are away with DR Congo and Nigeria respectively whilst Hwang Hee-chan and Boubacar Traore are with South Korea and Mali. Wolves don't have many injuries but West Brom do, and they'll be without several players.

Here's the latest injury and team news ahead of kick-off on Sunday. Carlos Corberan and Gary O'Neil will address supporters on Thursday or Friday, but not much is expected to change from now until then.
