West Brom are back amongst their supporters as they host Hull City at the Hawthorn’s in an EFL Championship match that is played on Saturday, November 4 at 3.00 pm.
The Baggies play their second game of the week after defeating Coventry City 2-0 in front of the Sky Sports television cameras on Monday night. Grady Diangana and Brandon Thomas-Asante scored in either half to secure the win and got them into the Championship play-off places. Hull City were also victorious over the weekend and defeated Preston North End courtesy of a goal from former Aston Villa man Jaden Philogene.
Two places currently separate West Brom and Hull with a superior goal difference of plus four being the difference between the two sides. A win for West Brom this weekend could take them up to as high as third, and the same could be said should Hull secure a victory this weekend.
Injuries have really impacted what Carlos Corberan has been able to do over this latest block of fixtures but we’re now into the penultimate round of games before the international break. November’s international break has been made a period of time in which several players could return from their respective injuries.
In a positive bit of news, West Brom could call upon Brighton & Hove Albion loanee Jeremy Sarmiento who looks to have returned ahead of schedule. Hull also have a bit of good news with Liverpool loanee Tyler Morton expected to play a part for the Tigers at the weekend. Flick through to see the injury list of both West Brom and Hull City ahead of this weekends clash.

1. Semi Ajayi (West Bromwich Albion) - doubtful
Sidelined with an ankle ligaments problem. He didn’t play against Coventry City, and now we await to see if he’s fit for the weekend. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images

2. Semi Ajayi - doubtful (continued)
Carlos Corberan said to the Express & Star: Semi keeps having the injury. “I am in the same situation with this (a “miracle” for Ajayi to be ready), it’s a challenge. He has a grade two ligament (damage) of the ankle, it’s a different type of injury and we need to see how he progresses. “He’s making his best but he’s still a big question mark for the next game.” | Getty Images Photo: Catherine Ivill/Getty Images

3. Regan Slater - out
He has a hamstring injury that he sustained in October. He could be out until the New Year. Liam Rosenior said he’d be out for the next eight weeks and that was on October 4. | Getty Images Photo: Charlotte Tattersall/Getty Images)

4. Daryl Dike (West Bromwich Albion) - out
Has been out for a long while with a serious Achilles injury. Corberan recently said: “It will be late December or early January when the process finishes with Dike. I prepared the squad without thinking of Dike, until January. This is our current squad, but we plan the squad to have two strikers.” | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images
